Can you photograph our entire team on-site?

Yes. I specialize in on-location corporate headshots for teams of four or more. I bring a full mobile lighting setup to your office to ensure the same incredible quality you'd get at my studio.  I do charge a $149.00 travel fee within 30 miles of my studio in Redondo Beach.

How do you keep headshots consistent across a team?

Accepted Answer

Lighting, background, and camera settings are standardized so every image matches whether you have 5 employees or 500. This is key for a cohesive brand presence.  I'll typically start with the decision maker and dial in the lighting setup.  From there, every detail remains the same.  I'll even mark the floor with special tape to indicate the exact spot and angle for each person to stand.

How long does it take to photograph a team?

This really depends on how many images per person you'll need.  Typically, I spend less than 10 minutes with each person.  My goal is to get you in, make you look incredible, and get you back to work with minimal interruption to your day.

Do you offer group photos as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in addition to individual headshots, I can capture team photos, leadership groups, and environmental workplace/lifestyle images.

What if we hire new employees later?

Accepted Answer

Not a problem!  I plan on your business growing and expanding.  I keep detailed notes for each team session.  Camera settings, light intensity, direction, angle, all recorded.  This allows me to recreate the exact same conditions at any time.  A headshot taken months later will match seamlessly as if it was taken that day.

Do you travel outside Los Angeles?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  For a $149.00 travel fee, I'll go anywhere within 30 miles of my studio in Redondo Beach.  That covers almost all of Los Angeles County and Orange County.  For larger corporate jobs and events, I can travel anywhere within the United States.

How are the images delivered?

Accepted Answer

I work within your requirements on delivery.  If you have a specific delivery method, we'll make it work.  Typically, I deliver images in JPEG format via an exclusive online gallery which allows you to make selections, download, and purchase your images.  I'll collaborate before shoot day to determine if your images need to be in a different format, color space for printing, or any other special needs you might have.
